We go to cuttyhunk every summer and always make it a point to get food from here before catching the ferry. Everything is delicious but make sure to try the rotisserie chicken and hot sauce. I wish I could bottle the hot sauce and eat it every day! The staff is always friendly and I have never had a bad meal!

Food was good but it was the atmosphere that really blew me away! Everyone knew each other, and it just felt like an authentic Portuguese family gathering. The hot sauce was fantastic too! Kudos to everyone for making me feel at home!

Great service and amazing food! We had half chicken, half rack ribs with rice and fries. Delicious red wine and chocolate crème brûlée with espresso were all incredible. We will be back soon.

Found this restaurant on Google and thought we would give it a try. It feels like a special local find that you don't stumble upon at random. It was busy with regulars but we fit right in. I had a few questions about the menu and the waitress was a great help. The food was really good and I would like to go back to try some other items. There is nice bakery next store too.

My wife and i wanted to share the Grand Opening of Novo Mundo's new location at 24 Cove Rd., with Carla and Jonathon. Everyone is treated like family here. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere, the smell of great food in the air, the wait staff and dinner with great friends. The new restaurant is beautiful. Our meals were perfect as you can see in the photos. My wife had their famous Rottiserie Chicken dinner. I had the Portuguese Steak dinner. My Cousin had Fish and chips and his wife had a nice bowl of Kale Soup and a Cacoila Sandwich with French Fries. Novo Mundo Restaurant never skimps on the amount of food you get. You will never leave hungry, that's for sure. I found this place using Google looking for good Portuguese food. The name of the restaurant translates to mean "new world barbeque or steakhouse". They are known for their rotisserie chicken. You've never had chicken this juicy or well seasoned as this. The half chicken with rice and fries runs $15.00. GREAT VALUE. The beers are too expensive, but it goes well with the food. Parking is tough, and the restaurant is small, but we'll managed and staffed. If you're not into chicken, the ribs look awesome. This is a DEFINITE return destination.
